BQT Small Banks Solution is built by Barquecon Technologies, a Mumbai-based software team. We started this product after spending months watching an UCB ops desk hand-assemble NACH files in Excel, email them to the sponsor bank, and two days later parse return PDFs line by line against a printed NPCI code sheet.

Every feature in this platform is a direct response to a real operational gap. Not a sanitised enterprise roadmap; not a strategy slide. We build the tool we'd want if we were running NACH operations at a ₹200 Cr cooperative bank.

We're small by design. Pilot customers talk to the founder on WhatsApp. Issues raised in the morning usually have a PR by end of day. This won't scale to 1,000 banks — but it will scale to our first 10, and that's who we're building for right now.
